 Our Staff In-Service Training is a day-long workshop broken into two specific safety areas.
Participants will learn the Directive Verbal Skills necessary to take control of a situation during the escalation phase and also learn the Physical Skills to non-violently protect themselves and others if the situation turns physical.
All participants will receive a workbook detailing each step of the training allowing for note taking and future reference.
