The three most important aspects of physical safety are awareness, preparedness, and self-confidence.
Participants will develop all 3 of the above skills throught the knowledge of easy to use, non-violent, physical interventions.
The first part of the physical intervention program teaches a non-confrontational approach to defusing an agressive situation through awareness of verbal and body language, while maintaining maximum personal safety from the attack.
The second part of the physical intervention program teaches simple, non-violent escapes, blocks and parries from aggressive grabs, holds and strikes.
The last part of the program teaches life saving skills from violent attack through quick, simple techniques that work against any size aggressor.
What our participants are saying:
“Good, low impact skills, easy to learn, should be mandatory attendance.”
